I liked that the bathroom in the deluxe king is spacious and nice. The location is super convenient both for going to the French Quarter and the garden district. The door woman was very cheerful and professional.
Food wasn't very good. I ordered a strawberry shortcake for room service, and it arrived with the top smashed, and cream didn't taste like real fresh whipped cream. The convenience store in the lobby was mediocre, didn't carry travel essentials, like USB-C charging cables.

I loved the roof top amenities. The location was in the middle of everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The only thing I didn't like was that particular weekend the cable was out so the TV in the rooms weren't functional and it was March madness going on that weekend.

Right smack in the heart of NOLA, many attractions and restaurants are walkable. Our room was nice and large and the bathroom was huge - very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. Although it wasn't included, the breakfast in the downstairs restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. Service in the restaurant was amazing, as well. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Mardi Gras, the reason we were visiting. Highly recommend!
The hotel is located on a one way street in a busy area - hard for Ubers/lyfts/taxis to get to during busy times, but this is not the hotel's fault! Rides are incredibly expensive during Mardi Gras.
