Clean and comfortable rooms, staff was very friendly and helpful, food was delicious at breakfast and the pool was well heated in the room and water was perfect for the kids!

The area was nice- not in the middle of the city but just a skip away from it. Clean and inviting
Need more parking spots for vehicles with trailers. While there are some all around the circle they are continuously filled up and it’s hard to get a spot.

Clean. Easy to get to. Sufficient parking. Decent breakfast. Quiet. Seemed safe.
The room smelled, initially. Once we ran the AC, the musty smell mostly went away. The sink was draining very, very slowly. The pull out sofa mattress was very thin and lacked any support (which I usually don’t expect much from a pullout). The mattress needed replaced. The in-room coffee maker did not work. The lobby does offer nice coffee machines though. The desk/table, between the beds, offered USB ports and an outlet but they didn’t work. The wall panel, underneath the same desk/table fell, as it wasn’t attached and was only propped up. Furniture upholstery was showing wear. It wasn’t a terrible stay but it seemed a bit neglected
