Very pretty and quaint
The rooms need be bigger especially bathrooms. There is no counter space at all.

I truly enjoyed the area because it was quiet, yet we were five minutes away from downtown and two minutes away from Ruby Falls (pretty much right above us). The room was super clean and the information through emails very detailed and there was no in-person check in. I would have liked to be able to check in with a person, yet there was only phone number option. Nonetheless we had no issues with the room and were thrilled to find they have several streaming services. I truly adored the shower and the lighting was so well I could shave my legs with ease (too much info maybe? LOL).
One of the things we struggled with was the tight turn to the hotel area. I understand there is not much you can do about reshaping the road on a mountain side, yet maybe place blind spot mirrors if it is allowed. The hot tube is community shared hot tub which no big deal for me, I like meeting new folks however I wish I knew we could bring something for the bugs. The only lighting in the hot tube area was the tube itself and the bugs seem to like colorful lighting. Perhaps we could have brought waterproof bug spray? Nonetheless I do not mind bugs and I do expect them when your near a large river/wooded area.
The part I didn't like the most was the rug in the bathroom. The room in the bathroom was very slippery and I ended up folding it under the sink. I would suggest place floor gripers or something to hold the rug in place, do note the floor was not wet and spotless.
Lastly I will say it was a wonderful stay! I only wish it was more affordable so we could stayed a few more days.
