About this apartment rental
This is a great opportunity to rent a modern Beach front 2 bedroom apartment with best possible location right Next to Both the Harbor, the Beach and old town. This is as central as it can get!
This is a 24 hour security building with a reception/guards hut at the entrance.
2 bedrooms and the possibility to make a 3 bedroom in the corner of the livingroom.
3 pools, open only high season (Normally june-octobre)
Balcony with ocean/Harbor view
2 toilets
Very modern and fully equipped.
Included:
International TV
fibre wifi (high speed)
AC in all rooms
TV in all rooms
Cava and water upon arrival
Not included:
Parking in the garage (about 10-20 eur depending on the season)
Fruit basket
Extra cleaning during the stay (12 eur/hour)
Obs: 100 eur final cleaning, to be payed upon arrival.

The location of the property was very good. I though the unit was small and the building was outdated and not kept up. Overall it was still a great spot to stay.

The location provided easy access to restaurants, groceries, bars, entertainment, etc. Everything was within walking distance.
We had some initial difficulties hooking up with Jessica. Some instructions on how to use the HVAC would have helped. Having the WIFI password typed out would have also helped.
One of the bathrooms had a foul odor and there were tiny fruit flies in the kitchen. We could not access the patio because the door would not open. Eventually, a friendly maintenance man came to fix it. Weirdest design I have ever seen.
Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The location was amazing, right on the beach front with views onto the harbour. Perfect for all shops, restaurants and bars and only 10 minutes stroll to the old town. 2 minutes walk to the harbour beach with plenty of space and sheltered swimming area. Apartment is fresh, modern and spacious with all amenities required. We would stay again.

This home had many of the elements we were looking for when making a decision where to stay in Marbella, including a perfect location, view of the ocean and meeting all online expectations except one crucial one, which was the complete lack of consistent internet service, which proved to be an ongoing issue over our 17 day stay despite some efforts on part of owners to resolve But, resolve it they did not, which left us almost every day and night unable to have internet access to check our email and to make calls on What’s App to family and friends in the US.
We had to scramble to find alternative locations with internet access and truly missed sitting back in our apartment and being able to do the myriad of activities online. While not their fault, clearly there is an issue that is not easily solved as situation is beyond their ability to address. Not recommended if you expect to have internet during your stay.
