Komfortabel eingerichtete Wohnung, gute Möbel, komfortables Bett und Sofa; In einer Anlage mit Pool und abgeschlossenen Parkplatz; am Golfplatz Las Brisas gelegen, mit Blick auf den Golfplatz. Viel Stauraum, so dass man sich wirklich einrichten kann.
Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht gut unterhalten. Wackelige Schubladen, kaputte Kanten im Bad, eine schimmelige Markise, teilweise angeschlagenes Geschirr, das Innenleben des Kühlschranks wurde mit Klebefolie repariert.,… Keine Wohnung für Menschen, die gerne kochen. Es gibt nur 2 Kochplatten, kein Schneidebrett und nur draußen auf der Terrasse einen Esstisch. Laut Eingangsbereich soll es ein 5-Sterne-Hotel sein, es gibt aber keinerlei Service. Der Tresor ließ sich nicht öffnen und war für uns nicht nutzbar. Trotz Nachfrage wurde dies nicht behoben. Es gibt auch keinen Reinigungs- oder Wäscheservice. Man wohnt am Golfplatz mit Blick auf den Platz, darf ihn aber nicht spielen: members only.

- Le luxe de cet appartement tout équipé (TV, Lave Linge, Lave Vaiselle, Combiné Four et Micro-onde, plaque induction)
- Literie excellente
- Balcon géant vu sur le Golf et la Piscine
RAS, j’ai tout aimé sauf les Fiesta Privées dans les Villas Luxueuses aux alentours assez bruyante le samedi soir mais ca ne gache pas le séjour ;)

Beautiful area and beautifully located hotel. Cozy and specious rooms, functional. Beautiful views from the tarrace. Well organised parking space without access for non residents. The bed was comfortable and different set of pillows to choose from.
The balcony was full of ants, hundreds of them, dead and not cleaned by the staff before our arrival. The staff spoke very little English. The lady from the room service came the day before we left to ask us if we could leave early the next day because she had to clean for the next guests. When we asked for toilet paper, she replied that we had already received an allowance. In a five-star hotel, such service is at least a bit surprising.

Situated about 12 minutes drive inland from Puerto Banus. Beautiful views of pool, golf course, and the coast. The apartment stays nice and cool during the hot summer days. Quiet at night. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is ample space for 2 people. It is well equipped with TV bbc1 bbc2 and nice comfortable large double bed. Beautiful bathroom
Did not affect us, but if you want to do a lot of cooking, the kitchen is small but is well equipped.
