    Booked the Plaza as we have stayed previously. Super again. Great spa and superb location of the hotel. Only issue was finding the same room cheaper on the day of travel online but being unable to change anything (Agoda stayed it would match the cost but unable to organise)

    We often come to Monterey as is it our home away from home for my family and I and we had the chance to have a get the kids baby sat and had a late bday celebration for the wife. The price was around comparable to the hotel we usually stay at but I’ve always wanted to try to stay here so we took the opportunity. The Staff is next to none with the attentiveness and interest to truly make you feel taken care of. Facilities are clean and well kept. You definitely get what you pay for on top of it’s walking distance to cannery row where is usually the main part of our trips to Monterey so it’s makes the need to drive not necessary. Will definitely be back if the right opportunity presents itself again

    The only thing i was dissapointed was, i thought there will be an outdoor pool. But only hot tub! My daughter was dissapointed
