The beds were supposed to be a queen and a little small the room view was excellent
Everything was for sale no complementary coffee or drinks in the lobby
I think the group I traveled with they like hotels more with a complementary style breakfast so that was a complaint of theirs overall, it’s a Sheridan state in Sheridan before they’re up and down not very consistent with service but overall it’s a good trip. We’ll be back again next year don’t know if we’ll be staying at the Sheraton next year, but we will be back to New Orleans next year.

The hotel was so close to French Quarter but away from the noise. The hotel rooms are very nice and comfortable. The staff were excellent

Location
Very tired hotel, with out of date furnishings. Windows were filthy so we could not appreciate the view from the 13th floor.
