Cute studio, bright, welcoming, colorful and fully equipped, equipped with a comfortable foldaway double bed and pouffe that turns into a single bed. At guests' disposal a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, free wi-fi, TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, machine and pods of Nespresso coffee and tea and herbal teas. The house is located on the 3rd floor of a building, 20 meters from the metro line TURRO M1, you can reach the Duomo or the station in just 15 minutes. On foot or with a 5-minute metro ride, you can get to Piazzale Loreto with the shopping street Corso Buenos Aires, or you can take a walk / ride along the Naviglio della Martesina. Adjacent to the house, along Viale Monza, numerous bars, restaurants, a market open 24 hours a day, banks, bakers. Equipped with bathroom with window and small balcony for smokers.
During the weekend parking in the streets adjacent to the house is free.

Down the street on viale Monza a plethora of bars, cafes, restaurants, 24hrs supermarkets, banks and bakeries can be founds.
Lastly, the apartment has a nice bathroom with window and small balcony for smokers. Parking in the street is free over the weekend.

Sonia was fantastic! Super helpful getting me to the property. I’m eternally grateful for her meeting me at the train station which is 1/2 block away but helped me with my luggage. It’s so easy but I was very tired and arrived with a bad cold and don’t speak Italian so I was thrilled at her extra effort meeting me. Her place is VERY comfortable. Supper comfy bed with very comfy linens. It’s 1 block from a fantastic grocery and 20 minutes walk to two other grocery stores. Extremely easy to get around Milan with it being on the same corner as the subway stop that leads to all other stops. Sonia is wonderful and goes above and beyond. She is wonderfully kind and a truly good person.Thank you Sonia, Cindy

Everything was amazing. Sonja made sure I knew where I was going when I got to Milan. Her directions, advice and availability were exactly what was needed. The apartment was so wonderful. It just felt like home. The proximity to the metro was a huge bonus. I would highly recommend this apartment.
