Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Privatstraße. Die Straße ist mit Schranke und Tor versperrt. Man erhält eine Nummer. Bei Ankunft (Zeit vorher mitteilen) ruft man diese am Tor an und der Vermieter öffnet dann die Schranke. Wir waren zu früh, aber glücklicherweise war Vincenzo zu Hause. Er war sehr nett, hatte sogar Lebensmittel für uns (Kaffee, Tee, Gebäck, Milch, Butter). Außerdem ist nebenan ein Supermarkt. Die Wohnung ist recht groß und sauber. Da es Hochsommer war, haben wir uns über die vorhandenen Lüfter gefreut. Die Innenstadt ist mit Tram oder Metro problemlos zu erreichen (Haltestelle sehr nah). Tickets kauft man im Tabacchi und entwertet sie in der Tram.

"The flat is in a quiet, private road very close to an underground and a tramway stop, so it''s very convenient for getting to the centre of Milan. Although there isn''t a living-room as such, there is a small TV in one of the bedrooms. However, the kitchen is plenty big enough for 4 people to gather around the table. The friendly owners live on the same landing (first flat on the left as you come out of the lift if you need to collect the keys from them). The flat is in excellent condition, painted white throughout. The only noise is from the neighbouring flat - the walls seem to be quite thin. If we were to return to Milan, we wouldn''t hesitate to rent this flat again."

"L''appartement est lumineux, très propre et décoré avec goût. Il est situé à côté d''une station de tram directe pour le centre et très proche d''un supermarché. Un parking est à disposition. Les propriétaires sont charmants. L''appartement se compose de trois chambres (une double + 2 simples), d''une cuisine et d''une salle de bains. Nous étions que deux lors du séjour et il nous a semblé qu''il manquait vraiment une pièce à vivre (ou séjour) avec canapé et télé (car soit on est dans la chambre, soit dans la cuisine qui est petite). A noter également que l''immeuble est ancien et très mal isolé au niveau sonore : s''il n''y a pas de bruit lié à la circulation, on entend vraiment beaucoup les voisins d’à côté et du dessus."
