They either don't give back ur deposit even though you don't screw up the room or they give it back to someone else

15 min walk to the beach. Our room was clean. But bathroom was little dirty and old.

I ordered a suite with full kitchen and there were no supplies to utilize it, no silverware, pots and pans, dishes, nothing. They expect folks to travel with a mess kit. Front desk doesn't answer calls, lobby is locked, checkin outside in the cold at a zoom kiosk with someone thousands of miles away, while the employee sits inside the lobby, ignoring you, playing on their computer. Horrible service laughable amenities, not up to industry standards.
