Amazing location! Kind staff! We walked everywhere and everything was so clean. My bus left later than check out time and they agreed to keep our luggage so we can eat breakfast. The latest that they do for checking out is noon.

We stayed for one night and got a great rate for Sunday night. The room was very clean and had a very comfy bed and nice bathroom. It's just a few blocks from the Pacific mall (the cruddier end) and about a 12 minute walk to the boardwalk, so very well situated.
The manager Calvin was super friendly. My only complaint was that it's an extra $15/day for parking, which wasn't mentioned in the Agoda listing. It was still a great deal though. Also, parking is about half a block down from the hotel.
We also enjoyed the built in fake fireplace. It was actually really nice!

This is our 2nd stay here and what a wonderful stay it was. Staff is fabulous, always available for any need, excellent amenities, location is superb! Looking forward to our next stay.
