Nice modern boutique hotel convenient to downtown Detroit in Corktown with ample parking. Cool artistic flair. Walking distance to trendy local eateries. Staff was accommodating and friendly.
Rapid growth is transforming the Corktown neighborhood, which can feel like a construction zone in many areas. Historic areas are surrounded by industrial sites and major freeway barriers making the neighborhood feel somewhat isolated from the energy of Downtown Detroit.

The location was nice.
The floors are cement and very cold. The beds were terrible. Very uncomfortable, old and squeaky. I paid $300 for our room and won't be back.
