About this apartment rental

This apartment in Gerlos is located next to the ski lift. It comes with 4 bedrooms and a sauna to unwind after a tiring day. It is perfect for a group of 8 or families with children to stay.

Zillertal Arena is at a walkable distance and is one of the most beautiful skiing areas of Tirol. During the summer, you can enjoy walking and mountain biking. The lake at 4 km is ideal for a refreshing swim. Enjoy local food from restaurants at 100 m. For shopping, supermarket is at a walkable distance of 10 m.

The cold evenings can be spent in the living room watching TV with the wood stove keeping you cosy. The apartment has a floor heating so that you can comfortably walk around. The bedrooms are also comfortable with a double bed, TV and balcony. Children's bed, high chair (small fee) and garage are also provided. You can enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains from the roof terrace. Ski storage is also available.

Public transport is nearby at 10 m.

Het appartement was meer dan fantastisch. Echter 1 heel groot minpunt was de schoonmaak. Bij aankomst diende direct 200 euro schoonmaakkosten te worden afgerekend. Veel meer dan we normaal gewend zijn, maar ok. Echter, bij binnenkomst van het appartement werden wij geconfronteerd met een slecht schoon gemaakte woning. Bij het neerzetten van de koffers op de slaapkamers vlogen de stofvlokken ons om de oren. Direct maar via de receptie een stofzuiger opgehaald om zelf te gaan stofzuigen. Vervolgens nog andere zaken geconstateerd (in badkamer, zonder in details te treden) welke we zelf konden schoonmaken alvorens in gebruik te nemen. Na contact met de eigenaar bleek dat er problemen met het nieuwe schoonmaakbedrijf zijn. Zal wel, maar dit werd nu dus ons probleem, ondanks de forse, al reeds betaalde schoonmaakkosten. Uiteindelijk bleek ook nog eens dat de vaatwasser niet goed werkte omdat ie verstopt zat vanwege een grote hoeveelheid glasscherven (?).

Omgeving is super. Dichtbij de kabelbaan en faciliteiten Aankomt kan echt pas na 15:00 uur. Jammer maar is niet anders. Voor €1, kan je gebruik maken van een wasmachine, helemaal top. Groot gemis in het huisje was een föhn (vooral onder de dames). Door de perfect isolatie wel veel last van zilver visjes in kasten, meubilair en badkamers.
