About this house rental
This unique, detached accommodation is located in the centre of Tyrol, south of the fortress town of Kufstein.
The former hotel is now a large holiday home which can comfortably accommodate 60 guests. This makes it an ideal accommodation for groups, families and other large parties. The Forellenhof has recently had a new owner and is looking forward to welcoming its guests.
This special property is suitable for a maximum of 60 people. It is entirely at the disposal of your travelling party. Your privacy is guaranteed here! The very large holiday home (no less than 1200 m2 of holiday pleasure) consists of a main building and an outbuilding. Everything is connected from the inside. The parlours (Austrian living rooms) are a wonderful place to sit together. Outside on the terrace there is a barbecue and there is also a fire pit in the garden.
The ski bus stops almost right outside the door and takes you free of charge to the largest ski area in Austria, including Ellmau, Westendorf and Kirchberg. Angerberg is close to the main roads to the Brixental Valley. From here you also have access to one of the largest and most modern ski areas in the world: SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental. The ski area is ideal for marvellous ski tours and for enjoying the white world. In summer too, nature lovers are in the right place to go on beautiful hikes and mountain bike tours while enjoying the wonderful views of the mountainous surroundings. The nearby Mariastein is well worth a visit. It is known for its snow-white church and chapel. The image of the Virgin Mary in the Chapel of Grace, which can be reached via many steps, casts a spell over many pilgrims.
In total there are no fewer than 29 bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is in good condition and for the real enthusiasts there is even a sauna (for 10 people)!
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately

A very enjoyable visit thank you: a spacious house, helpful personnel on site, good location And the adjoining restaurant was great too. A couple of niggles: 1 It was hard to contact the owner in advance of the trip (this is an issue with Belvilla's process, not the owner's fault, I think) 2 Kitchen equipment such as bowls, dishes, knives etc. were rather limited (though the kitchen itself was large, with three ovens, two dishwashers and two fridges, and plenty of pantry space)

The Accommodation was basic but all necessities were provided. Extra bonus having so many bedrooms allowing all guests privacy when wanted.
Electricity and heating costs are surprisingly expensive but all in all a very good value property from which we had a wonderful weekend. Thank you Team!

Beautiful complex, ideal for large groups - we had a great time. The furniture in the outdoor area is very scarce for the number of guests and should be renewed. The electricity price charged is very high, which you should be aware of when booking.

Very tired building although it was functional for our purpose- however we often found random strangers coming into property/ also note that utility charges are extortionate 2125 euros for a week . This certainly soured our experience and although we had planned to book again - this has changed our minds.
