Location is great. Close to many things. Staff helpful. Breakfast Buffett had plenty (but always same). Room quiet and roomy.
Could never get hot water in sink even though I let it run a long time. Two times I called down and they sent plumbers up who immediately got hot water-never worked for me. Hot water tap also loose and always dripped(and never hot). I’m short shower head could not move to make easier for me.

The bed was soft but good. I made it through the two nights without laundry room services. I liked the cranberry juice that I had consumed on the first morning. I watched my hometown football game on the TV in my room.
It was warmer upon arrival but then it got colder due to controlled thermostat and the neighboring tenants bathroom air exhaust system was on causing the colder felt temperature all night long until checkout the next morning. I stayed in bed and in the hotel because I almost got sicker after breakfast and I was caught up with a little bit of body chills, slurred speech and since I'm anemic I was cold awhile. The thermostat was on 85 then it was 73 and I couldn't change it to go back to 85 or at 79 which is ok, endurable temperature of heat setting for me. The radio was full of static and channels were not working well enough for my listening pleasure as planned and as I have desired.
