The food was excellent
The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The location on the water is fabulous
The lobby could have been more inviting in the way the furniture was placed. Also a couple of the chairs by the fireplace were sadly in need of new upholstery on the upper corners of the chairs. Veey shabby looking.

The location is wonderful. The front desk team were lovely. Parking was easy.
There were 2 long black hairs in the bathroom upon arrival. The room was dusty, and I understand I was travelling with a pet, but, our view was a loading dock. The decor seemed really cold to me in the room itself, no carpet or carpet squares, no rugs to keep your feet warm. The furniture was uncomfortable to lounge in the room on, only the bed was comfy.
