I had a long stay at this Hotel and booked a whole apartment to myself for 30 nights as the hotel is positioned perfectly in the center of Berchtesgaden and is in a perfect place to go exploring and catch public transport to see many wonderful places nearby. The staff are wonderful (friendly and helpful). Buffet breakfast is also great! I want to give Peter (who I believe helps maintain many aspects of the hotel and its buildings) a special mention - Peter is a true gentleman and very kind. I have bad knees and he could see I was struggling with a heavy suitcase when I arrived and carried up the stairs to the apartment for me, he regularly checked in with me to see if I was doing ok and whether I needed anything. A big thank you to Peter!!
I had a great experience so I don't have anything negative to say. I am also thankful to all the staff who made the effort to speak to me in English and put up with my bad pronunciation of German words :)

Cleanness of bath room and all.
No air conditioning and no fan in this 90 degrees summer days.
