The property can only accept check ins on a Monday or Friday. The property can only accept week long bookings during the summer or school holidays including Easter and half term weeks. Located in the heart of grazing farmland with cattle and sheep, two miles from the pretty hamlet of Henllan, near Denbigh, and can sleep 10 people. Welcome pack includes tea, coffee, milk, biscuits,butter. Over three floors,one first floor king-size bedroom with a basin and a double bedroom, two second floor double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, bathroom, shower room, kitchen with dining area, utility room, sitting room with a woodburner, parlour room, media/play room with TV with consoles, DVDs plus sofas and chairs. Cot, highchair stairgate and hairdryer available. There is an external games room with table football and table tennis. Off road parking for 10 cars, covered area for bike storage and a side patio and rear lawn with furniture and a BBQ. Fenced off shallow brook near garden, children to be supervised. Stairs contain corner winders and have limited handrails, not suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: There are two internal steps on the ground and first floors.
