kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, dining room with seating for 12 people, snug with TV, utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, reception room with piano and gas fire, snooker room, and balcony. The bedrooms consist of three doubles with en-suite, a double and twin with en-suite, and two doubles, serviced by a family bathroom, outdoor shower room, and cloakroom. Outside, rear enclosed garden with patio, lawn, furniture, barbecue, firepit, hot tub, and swimming pool, with private driveway parking for 10 cars. Travel cot and highchair available. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop and pub in 0.6 miles, and river in 0.9 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent. Note. Note: Fountain pond; kids to be supervised. Please note that for bookings made after 12/06/25, a refundable £500 Good Housekeeping bond must be paid directly to the owner.

Llandybie is a popular busy village, with a selection of local amenities such as a characterful pub, takeaways and local shop and butchers, as well as a link to the picturesque Heart of Wales railway line. A bustling village which has its own golf course, it is also a couple of miles from the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park, a fabulous rugged and impressive landscape. Great days out nearby with the National Trusts Dinefwr mansion and deer park, Aberglasney Gardens and the National Botanic Gardens of Wales all on the doorstep. The beautiful sandy beaches and cliff walks of the Gower Peninsula, plus the ever popular Pembrokeshire coastline are not too far away. This is the ideal location for family holidays at any time of year.
