About this house rental
Pays de Landerneau-Daoulas, We offer a large, fairly secluded house surrounded by greenery surrounded by oaks. We have a lot of space in the garden but also inside with rooms spread over 2 floors: 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, dining room, kitchen and a second living room which acts as a bathroom. games, reading, TV ...: a sofa bed in each living room. You can have children's bikes and toys (table tennis table ...): for musicians, 1 piano. We have all the basic equipment for household appliances (oven, washing machine, dishwasher ...) We can accommodate up to 12 people in all bedrooms (single and double beds) and an additional 4 people in the sofa beds in the two lounges (possible capacity: 16). The place of our house is very quiet: we are located 5 minutes from Saint Urbain and 5 minutes from Daoulas (historic village for its abbey, its exhibitions and old stones, inlets ...) , some shops mainly (small shopping center, pharmacy, Sunday market ....), 10 minutes from Landerneau (historic city larger than Daoulas, train station ....), 20 minutes from Brest (Océanopolis , train station), 20 minutes from the Arrées mountains, 10 minutes from the first coastal paths (the sea) of the Rostiviec nautical center, the Logonna-Daoulas beaches and 40 minutes from the Crozon peninsula, the most beautiful beaches in the region with very rugged sites with lots of character ... We are thus located in the center of Finistère, which allows us to be quite close to many sites in the north and south Finistère (40 minutes from Quimper) 25 minutes from Guipavas airport. All times are indicated for travel by car.
