The property was as advertised and had a full range of facilities. The holiday home comfortably fitted in seven adults and five children. The basement was a great space which we used regularly for games of table football and pool. The addition of a go kart, bike and garden games were great and the large garden surrounding the property was perfect for the children to play in.
The location was excellent, with a short walk from the local village, an intermarche across the road and then a beach a 5 minute drive away. It was located 25 minutes away from the ferry port in Rosoff which made it an ideal get away for a week.

The house was very well positioned for access to 3 lovely beaches and the nice little town of Plouescat. It was only a few minutes walk from a huge Intermarché so very convenient.
The house is attractive with a lovely big garden, and was spacious and well equipped for 3 generations of our family- (12 plus a baby). All the bedrooms were of a good size with large modern comfortable beds and allowed for flexible sleeping arrangements with bunk beds in some. There were lots of games and activities for children. A go-kart and a bike were particularly popular with my grandchildren as there was a good sized tarmac area to play on.
The kitchen was a bit dated but was fully equipped with good appliances and plenty of hot water. The bathrooms worked well with separate toilets.
The cellar was a bit dusty and could do with a bit of a clean but had a ping pong table a table football and a pool table. There was a good Weber barbecue. The shutters needed some repairs but gave a good blackout effect for sleep.
All in all it was perfect for us and I would recommend it highly.
