About this apartment rental
Located in the 'Carrugio', the pedestrian area of the historical downtown in Sestri Levante, just a few steps from the beaches of the Bay of Silence and the Bay of Fables. The apartment has been completely restructured integrating a modern architectural design into the original features of the house, and finished to the highest standard. This extremely bright and quiet apartment is on the third floor (no lift) of a typical Ligurian house, offering broad views across the town and local landscape. The apartment offers free WiFi, Air conditioning, heating and parking. Parking is in a private nearby garage included in the price.
The apartment is a duplex: on the first level is the living area with sofas, flat screen satellite TV, DVD player with dozens of DVD movies, free WiFi, table and dining for 6, a modern open plan kitchen leading to a covered terrace, south oriented, with table and chairs. The master double bedroom and a smaller single bedroom are also located on this floor with a complete bathroom with shower. A black stone and iron stairway leads from the living area to the open second level mezzanine, with a double sofa bed and a single bed, closet and the second complete bathroom with shower. The whole apartment is lined with windows, bathing it in natural light and its third floor location offers privacy, open views and quiet.
Stepping out of the apartment, you will find yourself surrounded by the liveliness of the town’s center, leaving you spoiled for choice of animated local bars, restaurants and shops not forgetting the peacefulness of the two beaches are also a stone’s throw away.

We had a great stay, the appartment is very well equipped and the location is absolutely perfect. The one thing that was a problem for us was the check-in. Our flight was delayed and after 19h there's no possibility to get the keys to the appartment. We had to book a night in a hotel, which caused a lot of stress and extra costs.

Sestri Levante is a gem, and this flat is as well located as is possible. Right outside your door are shops, cafes and bustling life in a pedestrian-only street, with a five minute walk to either of the two beaches.
The apartment is very stylish and comfortable. Enjoyed every moment of our stay.

A great location but in a pedestrian only zone which means you need to walk your luggage in about 200 m. This is a bit of a struggle if you have a lot of luggage as we did.
The apartment is comfortable and has air conditioning but is located up 4 flights of steep stairs with no lift. Guests who are elderly or have young children may have an issue with the steep stairs.
The apartment was large and comfortable for our group of 3 adults.
The best beach option is Bay of Silence. The apartment is close to loads of lovely cafes and restaurants.
