Breathtaking Vistas: Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure the lake is your constant companion. The open-plan living area flows onto your private terrace, perfect for quiet reflection or an intimate dinner overlooking the water.
Modern Italian Elegance: Recently updated with high-end finishes and designer furniture, the apartment is a shoe-free sanctuary designed for relaxation.
Pristine Environment: We maintain a strictly non-smoking and pet-free environment to accommodate guests with sensitivities. (Certified medical service dogs are the only exception; a deep-cleaning fee applies).
Connectivity & Entertainment: High-speed fiber internet and a large flat-screen TV make this the perfect base for both professional "workcations" and cozy movie nights.
Convenience: A dedicated garage parking spot is included, providing total peace of mind for those traveling by car.
Atmosphere: For those who enjoy a cozy evening, we permit the use of tea candles in enclosed tins (provided they are used in appropriate heat-resistant casings).
