It had everything we needed … close to a great restaurant and 10 mins to ferry / bus … local shop and lake … loads of places to eat around Lenno .. it’s a quiet peaceful area ..
It was in an area higher up which means hills .. going to lake etc ok but hills on way back ..

Nice location, close to villa Balbinello. Easy parking. Easy checkin. Reasonable short drive to main attractions. Pool. Comfortable for 2 couples. Good internet.
Knifes could be sharper and missing wooden board (there was worn off plastic board but who wants to eat plastic). Overall a bit more equipment in the kitchen would come handy.

The property was very spacious and good looking. We really enjoyed our stay, very good location.
Having a crawling baby with us, would of been nice if the floor was cleaner and a few other things needed improvement, but that did not affect our stay.
