Up to four guests and three canine companions can stay in this homely, contemporary chalet lodge with a decked area boasting sea views. The bright and airy open-plan interior offers an excellent space for relaxing and socialising. During your stay in the Welsh countryside, you''ll be close to Cardigan Bay and the charming seaside town of New Quay.
Step inside to discover a bright and inviting kitchen/diner, adorned in neutral tones and featuring a compact L-shaped fitted unit. A charming wooden dining table with four chairs provides the perfect spot for enjoying home-cooked meals with loved ones. Just around the corner, you’ll find a spacious lounge, also in neutral tones with refreshing splashes of green. Soft furnishings create a cosy atmosphere, while large windows and French doors flood the room with natural light. The lounge boasts a large L-shaped sofa surrounding a coffee table, perfect for relaxing in front of the Smart TV or relaxing in front of the cosy electric fireplace. A comfortable desk space is tucked into one corner, ideal for work or study. The interior is completed by a family shower room and two well-appointed bedrooms: a king-size room with an en-suite shower room and a walk-in storage area, a smart TV, and a stylish dressing table, and a twin room with plenty of storage space.
Outside, a private decked area with furniture offers a lovely space for outdoor relaxation.
Explore your surroundings while staying on the outskirts of the small village of Gilfachreda to find riverside walking trails. Spend an afternoon at the dog-friendly Cei Bach Beach (1 mile) and walk along the seafront to Aberaeron (5.5 miles). Visit New Quay (2 miles) to find an array of independent eateries, the Cardigan Bay Marine Wildlife Centre and boat trip opportunities. From here you can take the coastal trail west to Castell Bach Bay and Cwmtydu Beach (5.5 miles).
