We hope you will enjoy the welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, locally sourced milk and biscuits for any stays of three nights or more. There is also good free Wi-Fi for your use.

Layout:
The entire ground floor features an open-plan layout, providing ample space for family gatherings and entertaining. Two spacious sofas invite relaxation around a flat-screen TV, while a farmhouse-style dining table, complemented by an open kitchen area.
Two good sized first-floor bedrooms are accessed via a wooden spiral staircase, occupying what was once the hayloft. There is a stairgate on both the top and bottom of the stairs. The master bedroom benefits from a super king-sized bed and an en-suite toilet. There is a shared family bathroom with a shower over a bath between the two bedrooms. Fluffy white towels, pool towels, and Lulworth body wash, hand soap and shampoo are all provided for you.

The second bedroom sleeps 3 people in 3 single beds, ideal for families. One of the three single beds is raised up onto a platform. The kitchen is very well equipped and features a dishwasher, fridge, and gas oven and grill with electric 4 burner hob. 

The main door opens onto the sunny shared gravelled courtyard, which is ideal for sitting outside on your wooden garden furniture, with easy access to the shared heated swimming pool (open April – September) and Games Barn. In the adjacent courtyard sits the laundry room, with a washing machine and tumble drier, clothes airer and iron and ironing board for your use. You will also find a freezer drawer allocated to you.

Allocated parking for one car is included in the East Courtyard gravel car park. Complimentary parking across the Lulworth Estate is included in your stay upon receipt of your car registration number, allowing you unlimited access to Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove and Lulworth Castle Park. For day trips further afield, there is a bus stop 200m from the Cottage with links to Poole, Weymouth and Swanage.

Parking for an extra car is available at an additional charge per night.

Within walking distance at the nearby Durdle Door Holiday Park, you will find many facilities which you are welcome to make use of, including a children’s Woodland Adventure Play Park, the wonderful Man O' War Bar & Restaurant, and the convenient Durdle Door Stores. Please note that these facilities are only available during the Holiday Park’s open season.

The Cart Shed is situated close to the Lulworth Ranges, where military training and live firing may occasionally be heard dependent on wind direction.

Lulworth Castle, parklands and walks will be closed from Friday 17th July to Saturday 8th July 2026 inclusive for the amazing Camp Bestival, with the rest of the Estate open as usual.
