Beautifully presented and contemporary styled, this modern, bright and airy, one bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of an iconic newly converted development called The Old Sorting Office. It is the perfect base for a visit to the South Coast, conveniently located in the middle of Bournemouth's bustling town centre. The picturesque Bournemouth gardens lead from the town square down to Bournemouth Pier and its' beautiful beaches which are just over 800 metres from the apartment.
The property has a lovely welcoming feel and is arranged as one double bed in the bedroom, an open plan living room and kitchen with a washing machine, fridge, oven and hob, and a stylish bathroom with a shower over the bath. The living room has a pull out double sofa bed and a Smart TV with Freeview and Netflix. The apartment has free WiFi.
Guests will have use of the entire apartment and can have access to the bike storage area if required (no fee).

Bournemouth is well known for its bustling nightlife. There are cinemas, comedy clubs, theatres, casinos, nightclubs, plenty of places to catch live music and lots of excellent local restaurants. The apartment is walking distance to all of these attractions as well as the shops and lots of lovely cafes.
1.8 miles from Bournemouth Train Station which is a 7 minute drive. The property has no parking but there are always taxi's waiting at the station. 10-15 minutes in a taxi to Bournemouth Airport and 40 minutes to Southampton Airport. This apartment has a cycle store (free to use) and is 5 minutes walk to Bournemouth Bus Station.
The outside and communal hallways at this property are currently under going construction works, this does not have any effect on the inside of the property but works are visible on the outside and communal areas.
