Good location, decent price and very comfortable.
Parking was a little tight but not the worst in the world.

Very spacious and good value for money. Good location and easy access to beaches etc.
Lots of wear and tear throughout the property. Needs a complete refresh.
Noisy on night one due to new years but much quieter on the second night.

The location was really good, close to shops, the beach, restaurants, big variety of places to order from.
The flat was very big and plenty of space, had a big fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, dishes and everything you could think of. TV in every room and parking available.
The host was checking in via messages.
The flat was rather dusty, towels didnt feel as clean. We couldn't use the smart part of the TVs, couldn't connect our Netflix, Prime or Disney..nothing worked.
We did mention it to the host but we weren't staying long enough to arrange for it to be fixed. Still, I was there with 3 kids so it would've helped a lot.
Parking spot was a really big squeeze but at least there was one...
There was a smell from the restaurants below.
