About this house rental
This 2BR/2bath beautifully restored historical home has a magnificent view of the ocean-and is 1/4 mile walking distance to the Albion River and Albion Beach.
A great Place for family and friends.
Quiet 1/2 acre. Private furnished deck with gas grill, ocean view and hot tub to relax and have meals outside. You will also have a full chef's kitchen, a dining area with plenty of seating & ocean view. Also a private washer/dryer.
Walking distance to The Albion River and ocean beach, also local restaurant. Beautiful hiking trails are near.
6 miles south of the historic town of Mendocino.
The space
Two bedrooms three beds two baths.
This totally restored historical home sits up off the Albion river just north of the Albion bridge. It has a fully stocked large kitchen. The dining room has a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. On occasion, we have seen whales passing by.
The living room has comfy chairs and a couch that makes into a queen bed. The fireplace has been restored and a wonderful place to sit on those cozy cold coast nights.
There are 2 bedrooms each with its own full bath. The bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the house offering enhanced privacy.
The deck is very private and set up for barbecuing, and entertainment. The hot tub is always hot.
Guest access
Entrance is through the front door. The door key-code, will be shared just prior to your arrival.
There is plenty of parking
Other things to note
The Ocean House has forced air heat and a wood burning fire place.
Hot water is on a circulating pump and can be turned on in the kitchen.
