Four bedroom, three storey, Victorian house in very quiet residential street in Jericho, Central North Oxford within walking distance of the city centre and a few minutes walk to cafes, restaurants and shops on Walton Street and Port Meadow by the river.

Large bright kitchen dining area with adjoining playroom/second sitting room and bifold doors onto garden with netted trampoline, table and chairs.
Front sitting room with gas fire, tv, desk, piano, water rower and exercise bike.
Downstairs toilet.
Second floor:
Front bedroom with king size bed, desk and drums.
Back bedroom with super king size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.
Main bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
Top floor:
Front bedroom with double bed and single sofa bed.
Back bedroom with double bed and desk.
Lots of toys, games and books.
Travel cot and high chair. Bikes. Inflatable paddle board - river is a 10 minute walk away.
