Beautiful home perfect for 2 families getting together. Everything needed. Incredibly comfy beds, warm and cosy and clean. Great location with shop and pub opposite and easy access into centre.

Great communications by the host.
Decorated to a high standard and well maintained with a nice communal living room/kitchen area. Has everything you need for a pleasant stay.
Walking distance to the town
The only possible down side is that the free off-street parking outside the property is for after 5pm on weekdays and weekends

good quiet location. big enough for our group of 4 and it felt a very safe area. Pleasant 30 minutes walk to centre of Oxford.
We did not appreciate that this was an air B&B property and if we had have known we would not have booked it. E. g. clothes in the wardrobe/draws. toilettes in the bathroom etc, Described as having 3 bathrooms. in fact it has two shower rooms/ toilet and has a downstairs toilet. Oven had not been cleaned (albeit that it was rectified immediately on notifying the owner) we were advised to use the microwave which we did try to use on Sunday morning which also turned out to be dirty so we just left it unused. Unfortunately, we dropped something behind the bed (top floor bedroom) which meant we had to move the bed - OMG - bed had not been moved for a very long time is all I will say!
