The fully equipped kitchen on this level includes a fridge and freezer, an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and an espresso coffee maker. A second service kitchen is also available within the main structure. The property features 4 double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom complete with a shower. A separate living room provides an additional double sofa bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for larger groups.

A self-contained annex, or dependance, is available for up to 2 guests and includes a kitchen corner, a double sofa bed, and a private bathroom with shower, making it an ideal space for guests seeking a degree of independence within the property.

A deposit of 40% of the total rental amount is required upon confirmation, with the final balance due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. A refundable security deposit of Euro 500.00 is required and must be paid by credit card under an easy rent policy with a ceiling ranging from Euro 1,500 to Euro 5,000. The credit card details must be provided at the time of the balance payment and will be pre-authorised prior to arrival, with the amount returned within 48 hours following check-out.
