Perfect location for Bicester Village, just a 10 minute walk away, with Oxford centre and Blenheim Palace only 30 minutes by car or bus. There are also shops & restaurants right across the road!
Please note, while the bedrooms comfortably sleep 7-8 guests, the downstairs living area is more comfortable for 4-6 guests.

Parking directly outside the single garage at the rear for 1 car plus ample unlimited free parking at the car park directly in front of the property.
A travel cot and high chair are available for an extra cost, ensuring a stress-free stay for younger families.
Conveniently located just a short walk from a variety of shops, takeaways & restaurants with Bicester Village Designer Outlet only a 10 minute walk away. Blenheim Palace is 20 minutes away and Silverstone is 30 minutes away, with a regular bus service to Oxford across the road. The M40 (J9) is only 5 minutes away.
This entire 3 storey semi-detached home along with private garden is available for the exclusive use of our guests.
This is a family home in a very quiet close knit community, so strictly no parties allowed.
Sorry, no pets allowed.
No smoking or vaping indoors please.
Linen, towels & toiletries are provided along with a starter welcome pack including tea/coffee/sugar/milk sachets and snacks.
Standard check-in time is from 4pm onwards and check-out time is by 10am. We may be able to offer a later check-out or earlier check-in for an extra cost subject to availability and via prior arrangement only.
We can supply a travel cot & high chair for an additional cost of £25 per stay, please bring your own bedding for the travel cot. Kindly request these at the time of booking.
Please note that a £50 callout charge will apply for misplaced keys and £100 will be charged for lost keys, so please be careful with them and place them back in the lockbox when you check-out.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
