Lovely property a bit tired in places the window in the lovely conservatory were not very clean but all in all very good value

House was a fair price for the size, had plenty of room and space for our group.
Property condition was reflective of price. Could do with some TLC, marks on carpets. House could be much nicer with matching furniture and some paint work.

The bathrooms were great, 4 showers. Location was handy for Bicester village. Large drive. Spacious house.
Unfortunately the hot tub had an unusual aroma, so members of our group chose not to use it.
Unfortunately the garden and garden furniture was quite unkempt with glass and stinging nettles around the hot tub.
Not a very well equipped kitchen, no baking trays. We planned an Easter roast but had nothing to use to cook it in.
Lots of things were tired, broken, rusty or needing some tlc.
