This home has an incredibly serene and quiet vibe, while cozy for up to 3-4 adults or perfect for a family with little ones.
Enjoy the solitude of being out in nature, with ample deer & bird sighting. If you’re lucky, you may even see a bald eagle along the Eel River!
The high speed internet is reliable for video calls and video streaming. In the living room, a new large screen Smart TV is loaded with all the current streaming apps for you to easily log into your own accounts. There is also another flat-screen TV upstairs as well with an Amazon Fire Stick.
A fan of outdoors? Bask in the sunshine on the deck with a comfortable patio table with four chairs, as well as a new chaise lounge for sun tanning.
There are plenty of outdoor activities nearby including river access for canoeing and kayaking. Only 15 minutes from such attractions as the Honeywell Center, Honeywell Mansion, the Peru Circus Museum and much more.
Enjoy leisurely antiquing in historic Roann, and the new playground currently under construction in town with your kids!
