About this house rental
Built in 1957, this ranch-style charmer is tucked into a tree-lined neighborhood on the northwest side of Kokomo. With a one-car detached garage, a lovely open layout, and a fantastic front porch, you'll feel right at home here. There's space for up to five or six people spread across three bedrooms, plus the lightning-fast wifi makes it easy to get some work or schooling done.
Bright and Open
In the bright and open living area, chic, retro rattan furnishings surround the flatscreen television. It's a simple, comfortable space to kick back with a glass of wine and your favorite TV show at the end of the day. Nearby, a well-lit desk is a great spot to set up a temporary workspace.
A dining table with four chairs leads into the open kitchen. There's also another plush sofa here that creates a perfect nook for reading or lounging. The efficient, u-shaped kitchen is small but mighty and features clean white cabinets and appliances. All pots and pans and small appliances— including a coffee maker, toaster, and microwave— are here.
Three Cozy Bedrooms
This home has three bedrooms including two queen beds and two twin beds. Each of the beds is draped with ultra-clean lines and each of the bedrooms has tons of closet storage space. The full bathroom has a tub/shower combo, and a full-size washer and dryer can be accessed from the hallway.
In the warmer months, the front porch of this home is a lovely spot to relax with a cold drink and watch the world go by, and the wide sidewalks are ideal for biking, walking, or jogging. The central/northwest location of this Kokomo home puts you close to the historic downtown, the Speedway, and Grissom Air Force Base.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament rather than a hotel to give ourselves extra space. It was very nice and clean and we had plenty of space to stretch out and really relax. We really felt at home!

We were in town for a wedding. This place was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable, neighborhood was quiet and check in was a breeze. The house is as described.
