Please note: The Marina Pacifica HOA requires a minimum stay of 31 nights. After booking, we’ll request your email to send the required short term lease, HOA rules and regulations, and a move-in form — all of which must be completed prior to check-in.

Our condo follows all local and HOA regulations, which require a minimum stay of 31 days. This ensures a high-quality residential experience and complies with legal standards in Marina Pacifica.
To support a smooth and compliant stay, all guests are required to:
1. Sign a month-to-month lease
2. Review Marina Pacifica’s Rules and Regulations
3. Complete a required Move-In Form provided by the HOA
A $225 HOA management fee is included in your total cost (not charged separately). This fee covers HOA administrative processing and provides one parking pass for the reserved garage space.
Pet Policy:
Dogs may be allowed with prior approval only — please include your dog in your booking request. A refundable pet deposit may apply. We kindly ask that dogs not be allowed to relieve themselves on the same level as the condo entrances. Instead, please use the designated dog relief areas or the grassy park area just outside the back gate. Help us keep the community clean and welcoming for all residents and guests.

- Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM to maintain the community’s peaceful environment
- No Parties or Events: This home is intended for peaceful, personal use only

Check-Out: By 10 AM
- Security Cameras: Entry points and shared HOA spaces are monitored for community safety
- 24/7 Gated Security: The Marina Pacifica community is secured with staffed gate access at all times
- Parking: One reserved garage parking space is included. Garage clearance is 6 ft 9 inches — oversized vehicles may not fit
- Additional Parking: Outdoor guest parking may be available for an additional fee, subject to HOA availability and approval
- Elevators & Access: While elevators are available, some walking and stairs may be required within the complex

PLEASE NOTE:
For stays longer than 6 weeks, we require that the property be professionally cleaned by our team at least once every 30 days. These cleanings help maintain the quality of the home and ensure a comfortable experience throughout your stay. Each cleaning will include a full linen refresh and general housekeeping. The cost is not included in the booking total and will be billed separately. Prior to each scheduled cleaning, we’ll reach out to coordinate a few ideal dates that work with your availability.
