This is a cozy (700sq ft), remodeled, single level 1 bedroom duplex and 1 bath. We are just steps to the sand and 4 blocks to Main Street and the pier. The property is a quiet bungalow surrounded by cozy cottages and magnificent mansions. Fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator. Beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated! This is a 1 bedroom with a king size bed and a trundle bed and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. Includes 1 garage space with washer and dryer.

PROS:The bed was sooo comfy! And I loved that the bedding was warm enough to leave the window open to enjoy the fresh air. It was nice to have the Roku so that we could log into our own accounts and watch what we wanted. The shower head was high, great for my 6'4" husband, and the water was HOT!CONS:There was no garage door opener, which made the coming and going a real pain in the a. When the owner responded, we were told that the last tenant must've taken it. Seems like there should be a backup for those situations.It's a home that's been split in half, and each side is rented. Our "neighbors" had two young kids so we could hear all of the crying and running up and down the hall. They were just kids being kids, but we were on vacation from kids so it kind of defeated the purpose.Oddly enough, the owner wants tenants to wash their dishes and return them rather than the normal protocol of loading/running the dishwasher. This explained why we found dirty dishes in the cabinets and utensils drawer. ewwwww

The home was exactly as described! Quiet cozy beach home super close to the beach and all the action of Main St ... just what we were looking for! Great communication with host.
