The town’s beautiful pebble and sandy beach is less than 200 metres away, where you can picnic, build sandcastles, or enjoy water sports. Sheringham has an array of shops, pubs and eateries to discover. You can join the scenic North Norfolk Coast Path from the beach and walk 5 miles to Salthouse Beach. Cromer, 5 miles away, with its famous pier, surfing beaches and colourful beach huts, is a lovely choice for a day out. Alternatively, enjoy the historic Georgian market town of Holt and follow the Owl Trail to discover its most famous buildings or visit Felbrigg Hall, Gardens and Estate, both less than 10 miles away.

Take the stairs or the lift to reach the first floor and enter this charming apartment. Step into an inviting hallway where, as you walk down the hallway on the left you, will find a beautiful double bedroom with large windows offering sea views and ample storage space. Wake up to the gentle sound of the sea lapping on the beach. Further along on the left is a chic family bathroom with a roll-top bath, a separate shower, and a WC. Continuing down the hall, you will find the final bedroom, a second double. The hallway leads to the open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, which is a calm and sociable space with plenty of natural light, making it ideal for a relaxing afternoon tea and for spending time chatting. The open-plan area blends warm hues with refined decor and furnishings, hinting at a traditional feel that reflects the local seaside and scenic countryside. There is plenty of contemporary comfort, with ample seating space to unwind after a day exploring the North Norfolk coast and countryside. In the evenings, after enjoying dinner, relax together and watch a classic movie on the Smart TV. The kitchen area has all the necessary appliances you need to create tasty treats, picnics, and delicious dinners.

Although there is no outdoor area at the property, it is a 200-metre stroll to the shops and an evening walk along the pebble and sand beach.
