This welcoming first-floor apartment, located in the vibrant and charming seaside town of Sheringham, is perfect for couples, friends, or small families looking for a tranquil holiday with easy access to North Norfolk’s coastal and countryside attractions. The town has a beautiful sand and pebble beach, less than 200 metres away, where you can also access the scenic North Norfolk Coast Path. Sheringham has an array of shops, pubs and eateries to discover and is home to the heritage North Norfolk Railway, which you can travel on to reach the pretty Georgian market town of Holt or drive to Holt Country Park, both 7.5 miles away. You have plenty of choice for gorgeous sandy beaches and opportunities for water sports with Overstrand, Salthouse and East and West Runton all within 10 miles. Otherwise, head inland to enjoy the peace and wildlife at Pensthorpe Nature Reserve, less than 20 miles away.


Head up to the first floor via the stairs or the elevator to enter this lovely apartment, then step into an inviting hallway. You will leave your cares at the door as you take in the contemporary feel and comfort of your surroundings, which combine relaxing hues and offer quality throughout. The decor and furnishings are tasteful and chic with a traditional aesthetic that evokes echoes of the seaside and surrounding countryside. As you walk through the hallway, you will come, on your right, to a delightful double bedroom with plenty of storage space, large windows and an ensuite WC. A little further down the hallway is a second double bedroom. The hallway then leads to the open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, which is a charming and sociable space ready to welcome you for lazy afternoons reading and sharing evening meals together. There is plenty of seating space for unwinding and chatting after a day exploring the Norfolk coast and countryside. In the evenings, switch on the Smart TV and catch up on your favourite box set. The kitchen area features all the integrated appliances you need to rustle up a mid-morning breakfast or a delicious dinner. From this open-plan area, access a sleek family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.


Although there is no outside area at the property, you are only 200 metres from the shops and beach at Sheringham. Sheringham Boating Lake is less than 300 metres away, with a park and garden, and can be reached by a scenic route along the promenade or beach.
