Once the stables of the former vicarage in Pendeen, this beautifully restored granite hideaway offers a stylish and welcoming retreat for families or friends. With high ceilings, exposed stone feature walls and a private patio garden, the house is set within a designated National Landscape 1.5 miles from the coast.


Step through the electric gates and enter via a striking castellated stone arch, setting the tone for a memorable stay. Inside, the open-plan living space is bright, airy, and brimming with character, featuring exposed stone walls, a vaulted ceiling, and double-aspect doors leading to the patio. After a day of exploring, sink into the plush sofas and unwind in front of the Smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen boasts everything you need to cook up delicious meals, including an impressive Aga, while the dining table offers the perfect spot for relaxed meals together. At the end of the day, retreat to one of two inviting bedrooms. The master double has an en-suite shower room, while the second double sits on a mezzanine level, adding a unique touch to your stay. A well-appointed family bathroom with a jacuzzi-style bath awaits after a day of adventure. Outside, the gravelled patio is a peaceful haven for morning coffees or evening drinks, with stylish outdoor seating and a BBQ for laid-back meals under the stars. Private parking for two cars is provided.


Lace up your walking boots and explore the breathtaking South West Coast Path, or head inland to discover the ancient stone circles of Men-an-Tol and Lanyon Quoit on the wild moors above the village. A 0.5-mile walk away, the fascinating Geevor Tin Mine offers a glimpse into Cornwall’s rich mining heritage, with tours both above and below ground. The golden beaches and artistic charm of St Ives are 10 miles away, while the fairytale island of St Michael’s Mount in Marazion is 12.5 miles from your door.
