Fantastic house with a fantastic location

When you can look out the living room window and see the rocky coastline, including iconic Face Rock, that's a winner. We also saw resident grey whales in the distance. Having sunny weather, of course, meant we picked an ideal time. The home otherwise isn't spectacular, but it is well set up for a large group and in good shape for an older coastal property. It was ideal for gathering of old high school friends, and it's a place that we'll likely return to in future years.

The location and views are incredible. The home is perfrct for a group of 8 to 10. This home is in need of updating and a deep-deep cleaning. The dining table is only equip for 6 people not 8 to 10. The kitchen was not clean. It still had food splashes on the wall and food on the floor mat. Master bathroom is very small.
