About this house rental
Bring your favorite slippers, we provide slippers at the front door, but you may want to bring your own.
A most Unique experience of relaxation, peace and tranquility overlooking the Coquille River is yours in this Vintage School House transformed to high end living. The river comes at you from the East and leaves you going off into the distance Southwest into the ocean. Just 3 miles & 5-7 minutes away from the world renown Bandon Dunes Golf Resort.
The main upper level that is the entire upper floor of this beautiful home with a gorgeous veranda, master suite, full kitchen, dinning and living area. Two fully separated identical suites on the lower level offer you 2 Queen Pillow-top beds with down comforters, Cable TV, Tile and hardwood thru-out, glass shower stall and a mini kitchen. (Sorry, no stoves/ovens downstairs). There is a lovely sitting area just outside your room with sliding glass windows and a table to dine on, write on or just hold your glass of wine and a vase of flowers.

Perfect for the Honeymooner's, a romantic get-a-way, ideal for the writer in such a peaceful setting or bring your small group as a special retreat venue. Play croquet on the large lawn area overlooking the river or just sit and enjoy the view. You can see for miles.

RV site parking if used for parking is included with your occupancy.
RV site if used for LODGING in conjunction with the rental is $40/night. 30 amp electrical service, fresh water bib and 3" waste water discharge.

This home is beautiful and worked so well for our family reunion. Check-in was easy, well explained in the email. The location is great, it's quiet, and perfect for a large gathering. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable.

The converted school house is spacious, immaculate, and located in perfect proximity to golf. Staying away from town was perfect allowing all to enjoy the quietness and beauty of the trees and river. It’s the kind of place you don’t want to tell anyone about so that it’s open when you want to stay there again. On the other hand, you don’t want to deprive others of the hospitality and relaxation that awaits you at the school house.
