From its spacious living area, you’ll enjoy a 180° view over a vast bay that changes with the tides, with the coastline stretching for miles—from the Curnic port in Guissény to the Île Vierge lighthouse in Plougerneau.



A beautiful sandy beach lies at the foot of the house, perfect for swimming, windsurfing, kite surfing, or paddle boarding. Surfers will love Boutrouilles beach and its surf school just one kilometer away. Hikers and runners can take advantage of the G.R 34 trail, which passes just a few meters from the house.



The house is comfortable, spacious, bright, and fully equipped. Direct access to the beach makes it an exceptional holiday spot.
