Step inside this beautiful coastal retreat, kick off your shoes and hang your coats in the porch area. Enter the hallway, and to your right is the lounge dining area; snuggle around the Smart TV on the comfortable sofas, and enjoy mealtimes around the dining table, or even spend the evening in competition with your favourite board game. At the end of the hallway on the ground floor is the kitchen, fully equipped with modern gadgets and a breakfast bar for two. Access to the rear garden is through a door in the kitchen. Upstairs to your left of the split staircase at the end of the hallway is a cosy single bedroom and a stylish family shower room with a walk-in shower and WC. Across the stairs to the right is a triple-bunk room with a double base and single above, along with a vanity desk. Completing this floor is a spacious king-size bedroom with a vanity desk situated in the bay window. Upstairs on the third floor is a double bedroom with sea views across the marina and breakwater, with a bathroom next door with a walk-in shower, separate bath and WC.
Outside to the rear is an enclosed multi-tiered garden, with artificial grass and several seating options, including sun loungers, a bistro table, and an outdoor dining table and chairs. Perfect for spending the evenings or enjoying the mid-day sunshine with your favourite book. For parking, a public car park is less than 500 metres away; charges will apply.
