Step inside this enchanting old farm building into the striking open-plan hub of the home, where the soaring vaulted ceiling features original beams. The pet-friendly retreat exudes rustic charm with exposed flint and brick walls, an open-plan kitchen/diner with a range-style cooker and wine fridge and a large dining table set for six guests. After dinner, retire to the lounge and settle down on the comfortable sofa in front of the crackling wood burner. Or catch up on your favourite soaps on the Smart TV. Escape away to the snug complete with a desk and chair, Smart TV and a sofa that converts into a bed for additional guests. Down the hallway, you’ll find four beautifully appointed bedrooms. Two of which offer a flexible set-up as either super-king-size beds or two singles. The third bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed, while the fourth king-size bedroom features a contemporary-styled en-suite wet room. On sunny days, relax in the large enclosed lawned garden while the chef of the group serves up snacks on the patio. In the evening, soak in the private hot tub. The property offers a courtyard parking area.
Explore the 18th-century market town of Reepham, 4 miles away, and enjoy an abundance of shops, boutiques and cafes. For a spot of retail therapy, travel into Norwich, 10 miles away, and enjoy all this cosmopolitan city has to offer. - Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, wine fridge and coffee machine with coffee beans
- Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer
- Wood burner (first basket of logs supplied)
- Smart TV in the lounge and snug
- Courtyard area and a enclosed garden with outdoor furniture, gas BBQ and private hot tub provided
