Head upstairs to discover the spectacular open-plan living area, with its charming vaulted ceiling, corner sofa, Smart TV and Sky package. This space is flooded with natural light from multiple skylights and a picture window framing the iconic Porthleven Clock Tower and sea views. A state-of-the-art kitchen with marble countertops, a breakfast bar and top-of-the-range appliances is perfect for cooking up feasts, to be enjoyed at the wooden dining table. Outside, the enclosed garden includes a large lawn for children and pets, a paved terrace for fresh-air dining and a quiet seating area too.
Nearby, take leisurely strolls along the harbour or tuck into some freshly caught seafood at a local restaurant. Water sports fans will cherish opportunities for paddleboarding and kayaking, while walkers (and dogs!) will be keen to make a beeline for the South West Coast Path (1 mile) for breezy walks through outstanding scenery. Further afield, drive to the Lizard Peninsula (13 miles) to discover its rugged beauty, hidden coves and scenic walks. At Marazion (8 miles), you can walk along the causeway to the famous St Michael’s Mount, which rises majestically from the sea. The National Maritime Museum in Falmouth (15.5 miles) is also an excellent option.
