About this cottage rental
Step inside and you’re welcomed into the hub of the house, the kitchen is a social space for gathering, cooking and eating. Providing everything needed to whip up delicious meals alongside a breakfast bar, stools and Smart TV to keep the cook entertained. For longer meals with everyone together, there’s a dining table in the next room where you’ll also find a utility area and a door to a downstairs shower room. When it’s time to relax, the lounge provides an inviting place to put your feet up and warm those toes in front of the gas fire. Or slide open the bi-folding doors in the warmer months and take a drink from the bar to the outside entertaining area. You’ll find five individually styled bedrooms on the first floor, each with quality mattresses to ensure a good night’s sleep. The two larger bedrooms at either end of the house offer en-suite shower rooms and there is a family bathroom for the others to share.
Outside is where this property comes to life. The large outdoor entertainment area is perfect for evening gatherings, al fresco dining or simply relaxing under the stars. It’s home to a lovely dining table and chairs on the patio area, a wooden bar and seating on the decking, and a covered area with comfortable seating and electricity. The large lawn offers plenty of room for outdoor games and picnics. While at the end of the garden leads directly onto Filby Broad where you can soak up the serene waterside views. At the rear of the property is an enclosed garden with artificial grass and a heated outdoor shower for hosing down your canine companions.
