The property is less than 200 metres from an impressive riverside pub, and less than a mile from the village of Horning, offering riverside eateries and tea shops. Discover plenty of walks and cycle tracks through the surrounding countryside and nature reserve. The picturesque village of Wroxham, just 4 miles away, with a selection of waterside cafes, restaurants, and pubs, is home to the Bure Valley Railway, a miniature steam train, running back and forth to the popular market town of Aylsham. Happisburgh and Walcott beaches are only 13 miles away, Alternatively, Felbrigg Hall and Blickling Hall are two must-see National Trust properties within 20 miles.
