Brimming with stunning walking routes, spend days enjoying gentle ambles or adrenaline-fuelled hikes before retreating to this characterful apartment to settle around the warming wood burner.

Head through the grounds of Kimberley Hall Estate and find this fabulous property within one of the wings of this grand property. Upon entering, you will find a large hallway where you can shake off your walking boots. The ground-floor apartment has been tastefully designed to blend its traditional features with contemporary finishes. Head through to the open-plan kitchen/diner which is a great space for cooking and socialising together. Spend the evenings in the elegant lounge. Fire up the warming wood burner and curl up on the sofas to watch a film or play games together. When you are ready for some much-needed sleep, lead back down the hallway to the three zip-and-link super-king-size bedrooms (which can be made into twins on request at time of booking), one of which has an en-suite shower room. A spacious family bathroom with a roll-top bath and separate shower completes the interior. Outside, you will love the fabulous, enclosed garden featuring a summer house, BBQ, and places to sit and enjoy the sunshine while listening to the ornamental fountain trickling nearby. Private parking is available for three cars, and this property has also been configured for wheelchair users.

You will be completely spoilt for choice with walking routes from here. Just beyond the grounds of Kimberley Hall is the superb Tiffey Trail (400 metres) which winds alongside the River Tiffey and takes in some beautiful views. Take a trip to the bustling market town, Wymondham (3.5 miles) and visit the historic abbey or enjoy a hearty pub meal. If you are away with children, spend a day at BeWILDerwood (24 miles) or ROARR theme park (11 miles).
